ETW Property Management values transparency in all financial transactions. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not apply.

1. Application Fees

All rental application fees are non-refundable, regardless of application outcome.

 

2. Security Deposits

• Security deposits are refundable at the end of a lease in accordance with California law.

• Deductions may be made for unpaid rent, damages beyond normal wear and tear, or other lawful charges.

• An itemized statement of deductions will be provided within the legally required timeframe.

 

3. Rent Payments

Rent payments are non-refundable once paid, except where required by law.

 

4. Service or Administrative Fees

Payments for services or administrative charges (if applicable) are generally non-refundable, unless an error was made by ETW Property Management.

 

5. Errors and Disputes
